Christmas Countdown Party

On the 24th of dec, my relatives organised a countdown christmas party at my da jie's(cousin) house. This may probably be our last gatherin over at my da jie's house cos she has sold off her house .. Da jie will be movin back to bukit batok to live wit her family..

Christmas eve, my company do not have half day for us.. Sob.. No choice.. I wk till 5.30pm then i rush hm immediately and head to my da jie's house tog with my family.. On our way there, the mrt train was crowded wit commuters and we got seperated.. I followed my mum while my sis was tog wit my dad.. Then at cck, my mum and i couldn't c my dad and my sis.. We thought they must be sittin down over at the other side but who knows.. Mum and i got off the train at yew tee and i received a call from my sis.. Only to know my dad and sis got off at the wrong stop...They got down at cck.. Ha.. So intially a family of four came tog at the same time but 2 reached my da jie's house first then the other 2 at a later time..

We weren't christian but celebrated christmas as a form of family gathering.. I love family gathering.. Da jie's house was decorded wit a christmas tree and lots of presents under the tree .. Christmas atmosphere was there.. We had christmas feast(seasoned turkey, ham, ice wine, salad, creamy soup, log cake, blueberry cheese cake, sausage and etc..)

We spent our time takin photos, playin games tog, chattin along, watchin tv, watchin vcd at mid nite, drawnin no. to c which lucky present we got, collectin presents for kids(me included), enjoyin wine(we drank over 500 dollars of diff wine) and etc... But of course i didn't drink a single glass of wine cos i dun realli like the taste of the alcohol and couldn't take alcohol..

I slpt late tat day just to watch 881 with my relatives and chit chat wit them.. Slpt at 5 like tat in the next mornin..

Day at work

Today is my second day at work. Hmmm.. work wasn't as fun as i thought. Actually wanna blog abt my first day at work but too tired after work. Realli tired... Think it's probably due to facing the comp for the whole day--- admin job de ma.
I got this job tog wit ni but i dun realli enjoy working there. Of course not because of ni working wit me(it's the only reason i drag myself to work everyday) but because of ... I also dun know y, just don't feel gd at work. Ni keep complaining abt the job and saying that she not gg to work liao. I am sad. Without ni, i also dun know wanna continue to work ma leh. So ni pls dun go... W/o u, I sure feel more lonely... Ha.. me say until like talking to my bf la. Gross...
Hmmm.. I will endure de till the very last moment. So not to worry too much and enjoy my day to the fullest. Jia You, Yuzhen!!! For money sake, I will try to adapt myself to my workin place. I will surviveeeeee. Ha... Hope I will enjoy my job as days goes by. I must be optimistic!

2day my family and I went out to eat at "ye yi fang ". A vegetarian and organic restaurant near Aljunied mrt station. My father treating the whole of my relatives( father's side relatives). One big gr of us met at Aljunied mrt control station and head there tog. Think I am very fortunate to have such a big family and there's always family gathering. Family here refers to whole of my father's side relatives. My mum had order a 10 course meal before hand and she is the 1 who introduced us the place. The restaurant is opened by her buddhist class 'ban zan'. The food there was in small serving but the taste was ... GREAT. I didn't know organic food would taste so gd. Not only do the food taste great, the carving to decorate the dish was also simply nice. No regrets going there to eat. Ha...

Kite flying

It's a family's outing. Actually we are planning to fly kites at marina south but there's a marathon going on tat day. So no choice we change the venue to bukit batok( an empty field near my da bo's house). Let me name the list of pple who went: grandma, da bo &wife, my papa and mama, fourth uncle, uncle jimmy, aunt esther&husband, aunt joyce, da jie & husband, er jie, me, joon kiat, joon wee, pei yi. Yup these r the pple who came. Unfortually my sis and san jie are unable to attend becos of their exams. I enjoy the kite flying especially when yr kite is able to fly so high. A sense of satisfaction. Ha. However the kite i flew flew away and disappeared. Thanks to aunt joyce. Ha. Got sun burnt and insects bite all over. Went to c a doc a few days later. Outings wit jc friends

Recalling back... I hab been in jc for 2 solid years. From Innova jc in my first 3 months to Pioneer jc after my first 3 months. Hmmm.. time flies. There are several memorial outings i went wit my pjc classmates. They are doing cip at the singapore bird park and at the zoo, celebrating my birthday at swensen, lunch at hard rock cafe, bbq after jc 1, watching fireworks and prom nite. I enjoy being part of 06s14 and enjoyed every outing i been wit my dear classmates. Oh btw, I acknowledge a hubby(dee^2), a son(sy) and a grandma(Ni) in my class. Hee...

PJC's Prom Nite

I am finally back to blogging. Got quite alot to share. Shall start with my school's prom nite on the 4th of dec. Our title for our graduation nite was entitled "Momento". Think should be about memorises with our fellow friends and teachers. That day was awesome. It's my first time attending grad nite cos my previous sec sch do not have one. Quite nervious and excited. Ha... I hab been looking forward to tat day since my exam period. Shldn't be doing tat la. Ha but as u know i am always day dreaming and thinking of not so impt things first. On the 4th of dec, i meet penny and sy at my house downstair and we head towards Swiss hotel,The stamford tog. When we reached there, everyone was dressed so beautifully especially the girls. Felt rather awkward cos i am dress in something simple. Ha. But when i saw more of my friends over there, i felt more in place le. Shall share some of the photos taken there.
